Stayed several different stats here but this time was one of the most unpleasant stays ever.
7.0Location and access to streets for traveling
− The check in process was delayed due to rooms not being available after we all had reservations. Rooms were not cleaned upon arrival and the whole group had to wait to check in. The attitudes of the front desk clerks were very unpleasant when asking questions. Customer service was horrible
