I stayed in the first floor, with souring ceilings, and a very large room - really enjoyed everything.
10.0The location is great and the building is beautiful.
− The decor in the rooms was a little dated and our room on the first floor had windows facing the courtyard, which was pretty active. But none of it wouldn’t influence our decision to return because we really enjoyed the experience!

6.0Amazing location and ambiance. Loved many things about the room and many of the interactions with the staff were great.
− Shower looks like it is never cleaned. Room did not get cleaned one day and they could not do it once reported. Both times I had to report issues to the from desk, the first thing the front did was blame us for having do not disturb sign on door... even though we did not have the sign on the door. I am not sure why their first instinct is to blame guest other than just trying to understand and solve issues.

− I did not like when you walked out.The front doors, there were two really quick steps, and people would fall coming out of the hotel.

− Service in general very lovely. We just check in late and there was a misunderstanding with the room occupancy- the room we got was already in use when we tried to check in the guest were sleeping. Just lucky they locked the door from the inside. Can happen and not a disaster because the late night security guy was very helpful. But staff still was amazing!
