Wonderful.
8.0Room was well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Location is fantastic right in the heart of Banff and within walking distance to everything. Laundry facilities were a bonus and staff were accomodating when our washing hadn't quite finished before laundry close time. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

8.0Overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within walking distance. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good, although it could benefit from a greater variety of options.
− The main drawback was the size of our room, which was a bit small for four adults. The room also did not have air conditioning. While this is understandable given Banff's typically cool climate for most of the year, an air conditioning system would have been appreciated during our stay in July. Additionally, on one occasion, the bathroom was not cleaned even though we had requested daily housekeeping.

9.0Room was great, except that the windows faced west so it was very warm in the evening (no AC). Location was excellent -- right in the center of the hustle and bustle of Banff, easy to access all amenities. We enjoyed taking walks from the hotel to a variety of locations, also very convenient to the highway/parkway.
− Lack of AC was noticeable only because the windows/balcony were full west view, so had to keep the curtains closed or the room became very hot (especially since the sun sets very late in summer). If the weather were cooler or days shorter (i.e. not July), this would probably not be a problem.
