− REQUESTED SPECIFICALLY ACCESSABILITY ROOM, GOT STUCK ON SECOND FLOOR, LOW TOILET NO GRAB BARS. ICE MACHINE OUT OF ORDER, POOL HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED RECENTLY. NO OVEN OR DISHWASHER.
A stay with potential, but severely impacted by an outdated and customer-unfriendly housekeeping policy.
2.0The location is convenient and the room layout is functional, with a kitchenette that can be useful for longer stays. Check-in was straightforward and the parking was easy.
− The housekeeping policy is extremely disappointing and poorly communicated. Charging around $100 (with taxes) for basic cleaning while offering no housekeeping for stays under 15 days is unreasonable. Guests are required to exchange their own towels and linens at the front desk, and even essentials like toilet paper are not replenished unless requested. This policy appears to be a leftover from COVID measures that was never revised and now feels more like cost-cutting at the expense of guest experience. It significantly lowers the overall value of the stay.
