Denise was great. Stay was below average.
4.0Ms Denise Denise was very accommodating and a very had worker. I give her 10 stars . But the rest of the staff members were not very helpful or accommodating. Ms Denise was pleasant even under pressure.
− Unable to get clean towels or linen , towel or sheets. Not very clear how you get in touch with staff after hours. Rooms cloud have been cleaner . Towels and linen could have been cleaned better still had spots on them.
The staff was able to get everything and more done to make sure my stay is solid and comfortable.
