10.0Newly renovated bathroom, healthy breakfast, and safe and clean rooms
It was horrible! Don’t come here!!!!!
1.0Roaches everywhere, side door broken-no lock, safety violation! Ac wall sockets (220 vaults) exposed!!! (Can electrocute or kill a child!) staff tried to intimidate guests when having booking fix the problem. Tried to get me to cancel booking (don’t do that! They’re you’re security!!!) by offering a lower price! Scam!!! Horrid place to stay! Don’t stay here!!!!!!

− Owner of the place don't care about cleanliness nor peace of their guests. One of them was banging, knocking and yelling on a door for an hour straight. After the first 30 minutes I called the front desk when I explained what was happening he said "yes ma'am I know it just takes us long to wake that guys up every night!" I reply with excuses me? Its 4am!!! And it still continued till they woke that person up! The entire family lives in on one side of the building and didn't care about children screaming and slamming doors at 1am. I will Never Book here again!
It was only for 1 night on our way back from Texas and it was good it was only 1 night, I was so uncomfortable rooms jus

− Smells weird, rooms are so small and bathroom mirror was shattered in 2 places as well as the counter, some light switches worked not all of them most of the plug ins in the room didn’t work

− Charged me a fee for my service animal floors were dirty toilets didnt flush walls were just spackled over.. literally threw away the pj's and the clothes I came in for fear there were bed bugs..

10.0My boyfriend and I travel for work. It's very hard to find a decent hotel. Microtel was clean, safe, and the staff were very kind. We will 100% be coming back.
