Wonderful Experience
10.0It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind and accommodating . The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The bell captain, Jay Balanay, went above and beyond for myself and the others in my group. I was locked out of my room and he immediately stopped what he was doing and went all the way up to 6th floor to let me in.
It Was The Experience We Hoped For (And More)
10.0We have been attending Sonshine Network Ministries Conferences at the Lake Mary Location for 11 years. The location is great as always. The atmosphere was wonderful, room as always was clean and comfortable. No issues regarding excessive noise. Service, especially Jay Balanay, the Bell Captain, he went over and above expectations. I have never had such an amazing experience due largely to Jay's authentic care and concern for each guest. Thank you Jay and Marriott staff for a great experience!

10.0Everything was wonderful on our stay. Jay, your Bell Captain is wonderful. His smile and attentiveness is amazing. He made us feel welcome as soon as we entered the door and was helpful to the end while he helped us load our car. I hope you realize how well he represents your hotel. He definitely goes above and beyond. We are looking forward to our next stay. .
