To expensive for the location and the room.

− The refrigerator didn’t work and all our food got spoiled. We tried several times to seek help but there was never anyone at the desk.

− way too overpriced, not enough towels, beds not comfortable old and dirty, staff not helpful at all, I asked for towels since they only provide 2 and i was told they didn't have anymore in a rude way. it's a hotel they should be able to provide what is needed specially since they change like a 5 star hotel and the breakfast is also a scam. They put out continental breakfast but very limited so everyone is just there waiting for someone to bring out the breakfast in very small quantities for the morning rush its ridiculous. Very bad service.
For a 2 bedroom it was good value!

− It’s a little tired. The room was fine but the halls were scruffy and there was a leak and bucket outside the elevator. The room was clean though and spacious
