− The breakfast was not good. Shuttle bus was useful but there was no airport courtesy phone ( there was phone but not working). So it was more difficult for international travellers to call the hotel for shuttle.

− Additional shower grab bars are needed. And the cabinet over the toilet in the bathroom has some sharp edges that both my wife and myself bumped heads on.

Don't pass this one up!. You won't be disappointed.
10.0Free airport shuttle was great. Excellent breakfast. Had an issue with the refrigerator not working and they immediately moved us to another room. Great customer service. Prior to our arrival they gave us all information we may need including where to meet the shuttle at the airport. Of all 8 hotels we stayed in while visiting the 3 National Parks, they were one of the top and reasonable in price as well.
