8.0Walked in to broken TV remote with TV volume on. Fixed promptly but friendly desk clerk. Bolt to lock door was also broken.
Cheap place to crash
4.0The staff was great, my room was muggy (even at low temps) and smelled like an ash tray. There was stains and stuff on the wall. The front desk people were very friendly.

4.0While our room was clean, the hallway and dining area were not. We had no towels in our room when we arrived. We requested towels for 3 guests on our way to dinner. When we got back we had towels for 2. Had to go get additional towels (which was not quick). Check in took about 15 minutes. FYI: no steps for the second floor. This is fine for us but for some with luggage or health issues, I suppose this could be an issue.
