Easy, boutiqe-ish hotel in Dunedin, will def stay again.
9.0The staff were friendly and very helpful when we were trying to park our rental car. The facilities were good. Used the tea/coffee making facilities and the iron and board in the room were a bonus. Great cafe across the road.
− Little more space in the bedroom would have been great. Overall, a great stay and will def stay again.

10.0The staff at this place were amazing and accomodating! Due to an unexpected snow storm we were a day late to our accomodation, the staff were very accomodating in helping us change our booking free of charge. The accomodation was in a good location and very cute and cosy in an old building.
