Fabulous location and staff made it perfect for my mum’s 80th birthday celebration.
9.0Wonderful, friendly staff. Great location and facilities. The food was excellent as was the service and very reasonably priced for a 5* hotel. Really good for gluten free food. Spa staff were very knowledgeable and professional. They made my mum’s 80th birthday very special.

10.0Such a great hotel where we only wish to spend more time
− The shower floor has to be chamged. The service in the restaurant is too slow
The stay was very good but let down by travel links to Guernsey namely Auriny airline.

− The restaurant could have had some more plain dishes on the menu. It was rather expensive. We only used it once for dinner and there was a lot of choice of venues in St. Peter Port.
