Charming boutique hotel in the CBD
8.0The central location and the decor. The staff were helpful and welcoming.
− We stayed on the 4th floor and it smelled damp in the hallways. We also had trouble with the temperature control in the room and there was no info on how to adjust it. The bathroom is lovely but there is nowhere to put your toiletries as the one bench holds the sink, mirror and towels. My major gripe is that we had to leave after 1 night of a prepaid 3 night stay due to illness. I emailed the mgmt asking if they would consider refunding one night and they never replied. I could have accepted a No but to not even acknowledge the email is just rude

9.0Hôtel situé au coeur du centre d'Auckland, avec un personnel amical, disponible et efficace. Un bravo spécial à Shubbham, qui a été exceptionnel. Nous avions des demandes atypiques et ils ont toutes pu les satisfaire, au mieux de leurs moyens et procédures. Booking ne mentionne pas le service voiturier : à la journée, c'est à peine plus cher que les parkings les plus proches. Très pratique et très réactif.
− Nous avons séjourné longtemps et la chambre avait peu de rangements. Maintenant, elle était si grande et confortable que nous avons préféré la garder.
