− Elevator was broken. Had to carry luggage down stairs. Staff did not assist as stated on the call.

6.0It was clean, comfortably and quiet and relaxing night.
− Elevator was broke at the time. Noone notified me ahead of time. I was on third floor, not to bad only had a one night stay bag.
A very nice place, good value for price.
9.0The vibe/atmosphere. Gives quaint, old collage feel. Proximity to NDU. Breakfast and refreshments in lobby. Staff.
− The pillows. Our last stay, the pillows on 2 double beds were great. The ones on our king bed were not good. Too soft, no support.
