Cheap isn't just the price
4.0The staff was great, except for the replacement the first night who didn't have breakfast ready the next morning.
− Cleanliness of the rooms, nooks and crannies were dirty. Bed hadn't been swept under in some time.

− Original rooms assigned to us we not cleaned or ready. Beds were not made, bathrooms were not cleaned. Staff had to put us in different rooms that had been cleaned but they were not next to each other as they other rooms were. We also had to have 2 queens instead of one king.
A night in Battle Creek
8.0Loved the front desk receptionist and how accommodating everyone was, close to everything we planned on visiting, clean and big room
− The bed was so old and broken and creaky that it was not comfortable to sleep in, luckily my children are small and were able to sleep sideways on the bed but I have no idea how adults could sleep on it
Not a Radisson at all, more like a fake

1.0There was absolutely nothing nice about the place. The outside was run down and the inside smelled.
− The staff spoke to each other in different languages right in front of you and they don't tell you before you arrive that there is a $100 security deposit on your room even if you're staying for a single night. Absolutely outrageous in comparison to what other hotels charge.
