8.0The king room with sofa was very spacious and the kitchen area very functional.
− Staff not very helpful, had to ask questions about the amenties vs them providing the info up front. Room request was not accommodated which was disappointing. Pool towels were not available at the time of pool opening.
Good for easy access to the beach. Breakfast was decent. I’d stay for 2-3 nights but a week long stay - I’d pay extra
5.0Pools were great, easy access to the beach. Love the swings by the pool.
− There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so all of our clothes were damp - even the ones left in our bags. It was impossible to dry the towels and swimsuits. Gloria was difficult and not very friendly at breakfast. Also, the lazy river should be adult only - the kids kept jumping into the inter tubes and popping them. Then when they were in the pool, they were making waves and splashing people - not very relaxing.
