8.0Our room was very clean. The bathroom lighting was great. We would stay here again.
− There definitely needs to be a fan in the bathroom. The pillows were really small. They were square pillows, not rectangular. The shower drained very slowly.

9.0Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was basic. Good enough for a quick bite before heading to the parks. Great location diner located across the street just a quick walk and Sheetz convenience store right in front of you which also serves food, for anything you may need. Hotel was a basically a straight line to Hershey.
− They had two slot machines inside one was off and the other one the slot for money wasn't working. They are not run by the hotel though and couldn't be fixed.LOL Everything was great no issues

7.0The rooms were clean and the breakfast was excellent
− The outlets at the n8ghtstand didn't work. I reserved 2 rooms for two nights and was charged for 3 rooms for 2 nights. When I pointed this out to the front desk, including the GM after night 1, I was told I didn't understand how their payment system worked. All made me feel as if it was my problem. Multiple guests had similar issues. The GM finally looked into it and it turned out to be a computer issue that got resolved after we returned home.meanwhile we were out $about $250 while we were traveling.
