− Mucho ruido porque andan trabajando con maquinas uno se supone va a relajarse. Una mesera que estaba en el restaurante de comida mexicana te trata de muy mala manera

− Que no tenian el personal adecuado, la capacidad de los restaurantes era insuficiente con espera de casi 1 hr y media, no tienen aire acondicionado ni ventilacion en 2 de sus restaurantes, no había toallas para playa, no tienen suficientes camastros, los shows nocturnos son muy aburridos y simples, no tienen buenas actividades para el dia, el personal del área de niños no tiene tacto ni la capacidad para atender a los niños
