− Update your room’s paint was chipped on doors and bathroom not clean. Tile around tub rusty and coming off. Had a smell in room soarer. Breakfast bar not good. Sausage meat undercooked.not able to prepare wafers or hot cakes. No coffee available. For breakfast. Not a good selection for the price to pay for a room. Need more staff when big events are in town

stayed at a Sheraton was this Hilton property is no where near the quality of the Sheraton

− hallway and room was very stuffy and no fresh air. i did not like seeing "CDC recommends masking and that your hotel encourages it" on our confirmation. i called hotel to make sure this was not correct. YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR CONFIRMATION DELETING ALL THAT ABOUT MASKS...AS WE ALL KNOW THEY DO NOT WORK. NOR WILL I SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT ENCOURAGES MASK WEARING. Towels were old, floor in bathroom was not cleaned behind door.
