− Cupboard doors broken in suite, dirty finger marks on doors, bath not cleaned properly. Room very tired and in need of an update. Breakfast very disappointing.

− That breakfast was not included and that after an early morning arrival from a wonderful Kimberley expedition we were not given the opportunity to enter our room until the absolute check in time of 3.00pm. This was most disappointing and not a good note to end our trip with.
