− Cupboard doors broken in suite, dirty finger marks on doors, bath not cleaned properly. Room very tired and in need of an update. Breakfast very disappointing.
It would be helpful if the reception staff could respond more directly to requests from guests with knowledge of the are

− That breakfast was not included and that after an early morning arrival from a wonderful Kimberley expedition we were not given the opportunity to enter our room until the absolute check in time of 3.00pm. This was most disappointing and not a good note to end our trip with.
