quite disappointing specifically for the brand name , would not like to visit the property again.

Good Location to the Airport but That is about It
6.0We primarily booked this hotel for its location, essentially adjacent to the airport with a free 24-hour shuttle. Our flight into Columbus landed at 11:50 PM and we were laying down to sleep at 12:30 AM. However, the highlights of the hotel stop there. When we checked in the entire hotel seemed very worn, just felt used. When we got to the room, the bedspread was not clean, the room was hot as the AC did not work well, either full on or off, and the bathroom had low water pressure. In many ways we were able to be up and gone by 8:00 AM so we did not expect or use much of the hotel. The hotel was also well located to the Rental Car Center so we could get our car and leave quickly. However, this hotel was simply below the standards we expected for a Hilton hotel.
Lackluster staff and absolutely tiny pool
4.0The location is near the airport (which unfortunately was completely under construction)
− Staff were lackluster at best. Not knowledgeable about the free shuttle service (which is one of the primary reasons we booked there). The overnight clerk (in between eating cereal and watching videos on the computer) told us "if he's not too busy, the shuttle driver could maybe pick us up in 20 minutes or so). This is a tiny airport and the whole shuttle circuit is maybe half a mile? No idea how that would take 20 minutes at 4 a.m.? The pool is absolutely tiny. We had also chosen this hotel because of the pool which we ended up not using (if 2 people were in it, it was full). Overall, a poor representation for Hilton, which we've stayed in before
