8.0Exceptional staff, especially the front desk. This is the reason for 4-star rating. The room has a stuffy smell, as if they weren’t opened in years. This is not a minor inconvenience, but may become a matter of hearth. Surprisingly this is a pretty easy fix - just let the air circulate, and use some air freshener products: not sure why they haven’t considered this. I stayed here for proximity to a 3-day workshop. Other than that, pretty good - you get what you pay for.
