Overall, it wasn’t the most pleasant stay out of the many hotels we’ve stayed in.
3.0Front desk lady was very nice. We went to our room. We went to the room (311?). Next door was a woman with two dogs. We understood that the hotel is pet friendly, however, my husband has allergies. We switched to room 302. There was an adjoining door with room 301. The place where the lock was supposed to be was stuffed with paper. We wanted to switch rooms but the front desk person informed us that the hotel was sold out. We didn’t feel safe so we pushed the dresser in front of the door. From the looks of that door that condition wasn’t recent. We had two very restless nights because we were so nervous.

7.0I liked the room, it was clean and modern.
− The Latina lady at the front desk wasn’t very nice. She didn’t seem willing to help, and her attitude was really strange. It felt like she just didn’t want to work.
