Terrible experience—I left disappointed, and my concerns were ignored.
1.0was very disappointed with my stay. The property did not meet my expectations, and when I raised my concerns and requested a refund, my request was denied. I did not feel that customer service made a genuine effort to resolve the issue, which left me frustrated. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.
