Website says 3:00 check in. Came to the Hotel around 2:50 to ge told my room was not ready and check in was at 4!

− Broken down beds,
For the facilities, it should have been a cheaper one night stay.
4.0It wasn’t far from the venue/event we were going to.
− Check in time was 3pm. We arrived at 2:48pm and were told that our room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be ready for another 30-45 minutes. The initial room that we booked was sold out so they gave us an “upgraded” room for free, which was nice of them to do.
