Awful. Booking. Com should have better intelligence about offerings. Just awful
1.0− There were non guests milling about outside the hotel. I had valubles in my vehicle an felt it not safe. People meeting cars in the parking lot then going back inside. Counter person was gone for 7 to 10 minutes before appearing . Then he was a bit scary an not courteous. Said I would nothing back if I cancelled. If this sort of hotel is on booking. Com I will not utilize booking. Com again. A horrible experience

− The mattress was a little to hard for me but other than that everything else was good
FIVE NIGHT STAY---JUST OK
5.0The location was great. They accommodated our early check, and that was amazing since we had driven through the night.
− The hotel elevator was inspected in 2024. Very slow moving and had to press open for the door to open, but there was no sign tell you to do that. Bedding had small holes in it, but sheets were clean. Big black smudge on ceiling and one on the lampshade. Toilet was super hard to flush....had to do it multiple times to work. Had to ask EVERY day for new towels and we got back to the room twice and the towels weren't delivered. Had to ask for more toilet paper and shampoo. Never cleaned the room and we were there for 5 nights. When we asked the lady in the hall to at least take our garbage, she had an attitude. Hard to imagine staying there again. May try the Executive location next time.
