Nos entraron en la habitación a las 2 de la mañana
2.0− Terrible experiencia. Estuvimos dos noches de las cuales una la llave no funcionó y tuvieron que recargarla y la segundo nos entraron a las 2 de la mañana dos personas con una tarjeta que le habían dado en recepción. Resulta que les dieron nuestra habitación a otras personas. Estábamos durmiendo y el susto que nos dieron fue terrible. Podría haber pasado algún disgusto. Cuando lo comentamos en recepción solo nos digerían que había sido un error y que sentían las molestias. No es una molestia es un error enorme. No dormirnos nada ya que no nos fiábamos de que alguien más pudiera entrar. No entiendo que esto pase en un hotel.
