Closed for renovations
6.0It is not fair for me to review this visit to Foote Prints. The hotel was closed for renovations and seems to have been for about 2 months, but nobody ever told me. Considering that fact, I was fortunate someone was there and made some calls, determined there was a goof-up and actually made a room ready for us for one night and for that I say, "thank you!"

10.0I really loved the friendly staff. I enjoyed the attempts they made to make our stay perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make Accommodations for my husband , my grandchildren, daughter and I. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quite spacious. All in all I really enjoyed our stay.

6.0When I arrived it was after checking time! Room wasn’t cleaned yet and when I did get my room I was told AC was broken! So I spent the first night with a fan! The room could use a lot of updating! I had kitchenette room with no pots pans or utensils! What I will say is the staff was nice and did try to do what they could to fix the issues.

10.0We have been there several times and it has always been an enjoyable stay. The front desk, as well as it’s staff, is very helpful. The property is dated but very well kept & clean.

10.0The property has so much potential to be more. Fresh coat of paint would do wonders. The staff however, top notch on customers. Ms Diana in the kitchen and Ms Dawn in room service, those ladies fully understand the value of going above and beyond for guests.
