5.0I love the property I called and reported that the tv in our room was broke as soon As I noticed and got accused of breaking it and they want 350$ I stay there often with my husband who had a stoke and our 15 year old with autism we have never had an issue until I reported a broken tv that you couldn’t see was broke too you tried to Turn it on

6.0The bed was comfortable and allowed pets
− The TV didnt work well, only cable was news and couldn't even access that properly. No instructions on how to use it. Your website says room service there is absolutely no room service. There is a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel. The bar patrons took the parking spots reserved for hotel guests and people drinking cases of beer and BBQ ingredients in the parking lot. The first night we were there was quite noisy. Not sure if I would stay there again but didnt have much choice as it was the only one that accepted pets
It was adequate and comfortable except for the bathroom and breakfast. Both need some improvement
4.0The beds were comfortable and the room was big enough for two with 2 double beds
− The breakfast was fair. I did not like the powdered scrambled eggs. You need to use real eggs. The bathroom was too small and the toilet was almost kiddie size. You need a larger toilet and more counter space. The shower needs a grab bar in the middle of the back wall. The floor was slippery and I almost fell, but lucky that I was able to grab the outside bar through the curtain.
