10.0Stunning historic hotel. The lobby was so beautiful, the room was remodeled but still maintained vintage details, and the bed was so comfortable. The restaurants and bar were also so beautiful.
− The room thermostat only cools to 65, which meant I was pretty hot sleeping (in fairness, I run hot at night and it was a really warm evening)

Absolutely recommend in Spokane!
10.0Super friendly and efficient staff, the room we had booked was not ready and we were offered an upgrade without asking. The fitness center and pool are beautiful, well equipped. The hotel is really well located, at walking distance from the falls etc. Highly recommend
