2.0I am requesting a refund on one of my purchased rooms. They had no one on site after hours which left my people whom I purchased the room for stranded with no way of getting back in. There is supposed to be someone on site 24/7 and that is not the case. Then they want to force my people out as they are requesting for a late check out.

4.0Old motel style with loud parking lot of people “hanging out and talking” until 2AM. Front desk closed midnight to 9AM so no one to call except police and no one available for check out before 9 if needed. Very clean and comfortable though.

4.0This place is awful!! There was large red stains in the bottom of the tub (hoping it wasn’t blood). Couldn’t change rooms because they were booked (but we were the only car in the driveway). Several parts of the front of the building are hanging and falling off. Furniture is dirty and stained. Non smoking room smelled so much like smoke I actually got a sore throat. Bath towels the size of hand towels and so thin they barely dry. Staff extremely rude and unwilling to help. They close the office at midnight so don’t forget or lose your key, need to check in late or need any service. They are not available AT ALL until the next morning. A few restaurants within a reasonable drive. Honestly surprised Expedia does business with such a low quality place.
