10.0Location was GREAT!! Birkdale Village is in walking distance and 2 mins by car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was great!
Hotel was nice & good for a few days stay.
9.0The location was great for what we needed. We stayed at this location many years ago and were not happy with the quality. This time was totally different. Employees were very friendly, room was nice & clean.
− Breakfast could have been better. The employees working were there were very nice & friendly. Unfortunately they ran out of some food, 1 of the waffle machines was not working, little things like that.
Check in person abrupt. annoying loud air conditioner bad sleep.
