6.0The building and rooms were clean. When we check in, we were not told that the aid condition controls were on the wall and after staying the first night we did not get clean towels second day. when we question the second day about the towels, we were told that we had to ask for them. I don't stay a lot in hotels or motels but i had always gotten fresh towels without asking for them. It seems like the Red Roof Inn was a place for social services needs which i understand that is how you pay your bills. I believe that staff should recognize temporary guests and permeant guests. On the third day when we came back to the Inn our beds were made, and fresh towels were there. Staff was polite and the place was okay.

6.0For the price it's tolerable. The renovations are mostly well done but still not totally complete. The bedding is comfortable but the doors, walls and windows are paper thin. If you're a light sleeper ask for a room as far away from the elevator as possible... the bell chime every time it comes to the floor is super annoying. Coffee was decent with flavored creamer options. Pretty busy street it's on and parking seems limited. Powerful shower head with very fragrant soaps affixed to the wall. The towels could use a bleach, they're white but didn't even seem clean. Clock radio not accurate but couldn't figure out how to set it. Fixed the clock on microwave ourselves though. There's no real closet and no tissues in the room. Check in seemed to take quite a long time with no explanation. Seems like the cleaning service only does bare minimum. If we had to, we'd stay again given the lack of other affordable options in the area, but hopefully our specific accommodation requests will be honored if there's a next time.
