− The tv was not working, the price was not worth it I was up charged and I did receive my back my hold fee of almost 180.00

− The whole place reeked of smoke. The rooms need an update. Everything looked gross-- like the bathroom corners all had gunk. The window on the ground floor room did not properly close, so did not feel safe.

− I didn't have a map and my GPS wasn't working. So many historical side streets to get lost but still great fun! Culture is awesome
Pretty disgusted about being given that room and paying as much as I did.
1.0When I complained about my horrible hotel room, the manager was kind and moved us to a much better room.
− I am not being dramatic when I report that we were given the most disgusting hotel room I’ve ever been in. I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in a broad range of accommodations. The room stank of pets and cigarettes, the floor was sticky, there was hair in the tub, mice droppings in the drawers, clumps of dust mixed with animal fur under the bed and air conditioner, and the tv was smudged with a white substance.
