− Old carpets and slightly musty smell throughout. Dresser drawers slid open constantly. Refrigerator very small.

Ever since we started here, we have been in bad moods and it has ruined our vacation. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6
1.0This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Plus, I found it $100 cheaper and they wouldn’t price match.
− It’s dirty we had to clean the tub out before we got into it. The showerhead won’t move so you can only clean half your body in the water didn’t get hot. There’s only one light bulb in every light. The toilet is not working. There was no toilet paper the beds are hard as hell the air conditioner didn’t work. The carpet is dirty I am so upset that I probably won’t even book with bookings anymore because the Customer Service won’t help me while I was staying here. We had to move rooms because the air conditioner was unplugged leaking and loud and then Customer Service were annoyed because I had to ask for another room.
I will not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
1.0The location and we have previously stayed here
− We checked in and were sent to a dirty room on the 3rd floor and was told the elevator was out of order. We had someone staying with us that couldn’t do stairs. We asked for a room on the 1st floor and they couldn’t accommodate us so they said they would refund us the charge. We have not received the refund and have called numerous times but are always told the manager is out and that’s the only person who can help me.
I will never stay at this specific Country Inn & Suites ever again

− Your night clerk was very rude, we checked in at about 4 o’clock in the afternoon with the girl that was taking care of the front desk and she was very helpful, we were given our keys with no issues, then at 9:00 pm a guy came to our door and asked if the room we were in was occupied and we told him yes, then at 11:00 pm he called our room and asked who we were because he apparently didn’t know who was occupying the room, we were asleep at the time because we had to get up early in the morning to get on the road, he was very rude about it and didn’t even apologize for waking us up.
