the room was smaller than expected the refrigerator was smaller than expected we were charged for a upgraded room but it did not feel upgraded at all the bathroom had issues. we did report them we were tolerating them as a matter of fact we ended up staying longer than expected but the value and the pricing was not correct for what we expected. we expected a upgraded to queen size beds we are in what I feel is a regular room with two full size bed and we're paying by the week and was charged to upgrade charge even though bathrooms seem far from upgraded had leak issues in the ceiling. when time to extend price kept going up instead of what was showing on their website big concern. the room was very clean not enough space for two adults and two children was expecting a suite what was described as a superior upgraded room. try to resolve with front office not much done some but not much.

− I didn't feel much of the value we started out with a very good rate under $400 for 7 days and we ended up staying 2 months and asked for the extended discounts but didn't receive them. The explanation wasn't satisfactory. There were issues in the bathroom that we tolerated and felt like for 2 months staying they could have did a little bit better with accommodating the price and the value. For the cost we were charged, $450a week for a so-called upgraded updated room it should have had more space , The price should have come down more especially after 60 days and we were told it would big disappointment for a family in transition. was not spacious at all.

Nothing.

− Everything. First room was under construction. Second room had bugs everywhere. Manager chewed me out for complaining. 4 police cars arrived for something. So for booking.com to support this rundown place, I will no longer use your services for not having any idea about placing people in places like this. Shame on you

Location

− Texas taxes. I Extended another 28 day. I was under the impression that once I went over 31 days, I would start getting the tax exempt. But I paid $1,690. and I was told I after my stay.
