Unparalleled Excellence
10.0Austria Haus is easily one of my favorite hotels ever. My family and I stayed there recently during our first time in Vail, and I can’t say enough about the level of excellence in every detail. The staff was incredible, the rooms were comfortable and elegant, and the daily breakfast was top-notch and featured a wide variety of hearty options. The location was so convenient - central to all our Vail Village activities (especially dining and the farmers markets); and although everything was walkable, the bus service is a few steps away if desired. 100% recommend and I wouldn’t even consider staying elsewhere if we go to Vail again.
Great stay and staff
10.0Great stay. We’ll be back for sure. We usually stay at the Grand Hyatt in Vail but we’ll be switching to this hotel. Big rooms, ours had a great balcony, great breakfast included, excellent location, friendly staff. Easy walk to Ford Amphitheater. Everything we needed and could have asked for.
