− The whole thing was a scam. Who would have thought that a hotel but not open for check in after 7:00 and close on Sunday? After I booked, I found out so I send many messages to ask if I could check in late, not a dame person answered. Both booking.com and the facility were horrible. Being from Asia, i could not call. But no one answered my messages for days until I had to board my flight. I had to book another hotel for the first night and then came over the next day. It was closed too, on Sunday. I called and the lady who answered the phone was super rude. She should not be in the customer service field. Extremely uneducated and rude. Totally unscheduled. Shame on her. I was charged for nothing. Screw you all. I wont ever book this place and will also limit using booking.com from now on.
