Staff was overly accommodating. We had an issue with our ac and they were able to move us to a new room the same day.

3.0The room itself was comfortable.
− We were not aware the maid service was only every other day. So, we had a pile of towels on the floor and we had to go to the front desk to fetch fresh towels and coffee for the next morning. Worst of all, the elevator quit working one evening and my wife (who has Parkinson's Disease) had to walk up three flights of stairs. There was food left in the refrigerator from other guests who previously had the room.
I'll return next time I'm in the area

8.0I liked that the pool was heated, made it easy for me to bring my 2 littles in and it stayed open until 11 what a plus!
− The price was pretty steep for 1 night but overall a great stay
Decent hotel. Good location near good restaurants but dont expect it to be super clean or anything
6.0Comfortable room. Great location for what we needed. Front desk friendly and very helpful.
− Was there 3 nights and room never cleaned, even when we went to the front desk and specifically asked it be cleaned. Maids didn’t even come in and make the bed. Nothing. Didn’t change towels, replace empty tissue box - nothing. Breakfast was ok , edible might be the best way to describe it. Nothing to get excited about.
