7.0Great location, convenient to everything , yet far enough away to be quiet
− People outside the main door smoking weed
Wouldn’t recommend or plan to visit any time in the future.
4.0I enjoyed the mall and shops in the area
− The staff overall from front desk to cleaning was not easy to talk and deal with . The front desk was definitely rude and on top of being rude to me and my wife she changed our room from a king deluxe suite that was handicapped accessible to a normal single king room , I’m disabled and have difficulty moving around so the room was chosen online and reserved over 3 days prior. The cleaning staff spoke no English so the language barrier made it difficult to communicate with any questions. I usually go to aloft which is in the same area of location and decided to just t try something different and the room was what made my choice for Hamilton and I wasn’t even able to get the room I reserved. Overall disappointed and wouldn’t recommend over other options in the area .

1.0When the AC worked, the rooms were comfortable
− My room was cancelled without me knowing and very little care was given after a long haul flight Customer service Breakfast AC not working in the room

8.0Basic
− I prepaid for both rooms and got electronic keys for both rooms. My daughter’s room key worked. Mine did not so I ended up at the front desk anyway, which is what I wanted to avoid. Real bummer.

− Carpet in the room by the AC was wet. There were entire chunks of drywall from the ceiling missing, and a large water stain on the ceiling also.

10.0Breakfast was excellent and constant being restocked as items ran out. We travelled with a large group of 13 year old boys and there were enough options for everyone.
− The elevators were a bit jarring/ jerky

Due to new traffic pattern at BWI airport, all shuttle pickups will be in the departures terminal upstairs at door 11. Please be sure you have retrieved your baggage before requesting pickup as hotel shuttles are not permitted to wait for pickups.
