Perfect location for The Grove
8.0Perfect location. Spectacular pool deck. Very comfortable room with small kitchenette, very useful. Pool snacks and drinks available some days.
− Our room was not serviced 4 days in a row. Had to chase around for shampoo, shower gel and clean towels. Reported at reception but somehow it never got to housekeeping. Shame as it has always been so good so hopefully just a blip.

4.0Not for disabled!!! All 3 hot tubs on roof tops near ledge. Fitness room on 22nd floor up some stairs. Wtf?? Asked for chair for shower a few times. Pricey, noisy, pretty view, not for seniors, disabled, children, over rated.

3.0Nice room.
− Beautiful view. Unfortunately we could not check in at 4 o'clock. We had to wait because the hotel had two weddings going on, so we told. The reception crwe was not very welcoming. And then, arriving in our nice and spacy room, we discovered the sheets of the sofa bed were filty. Thus we had again to wait for housekeeping to organise that. Disappointing experience.
