− The elevator was not working properly, no working ice machines,the thermostat was not working properly ,the room was freezing and when we tried to adjust the temp it read error

Just stayed one night and there was no handicap accessible shower or van

The lobby was clean and very well appointed. The dining area was large. The bed was very comfortable and the toiletries were nice. The internet worked well. The room had a very (VERY) strong smell of cleaning product, so I assume it was clean, but it needed to be aired out.

− This is not really the fault of the hotel - but there was a group of people who left a huge mess (glass bottles, fast food plates and general junk) in the BBQ area. Someone also left a mess around the pool area. The music was absolutely blasting. This type of behaviour certainly makes it unpleasant for everyone else who is staying there. Even though there was a big sign saying not to take food to the room, people were toting armfuls of food out of the dining area at breakfast.
