− That’s the place where I was staying was very far from the place where we had breakfast but it still wasn’t so much of a problem.
Angel Chan was and amazing waiter and I hope if we ever come back to see him again
10.0Going to royal Solaris was an amazing experience it was very clean very fun grate views and the service was amazing especially this one waiter Angel Chan, he was very nice, polite and respectful, his service was awesome and always made us special drinks which were amazing and a cake for our last day, he treated us more like family than customers, Royal Solaris was one of the best experience yet.

un hotel viejo, pocas opciones en los alimentos y bebidas sin alcohol.
7.0Es un hotel pequeño lo cual hace que camines poco dentro del hotel para ir a la alberca playa, bar o lobby. la barra de snacks muy surtida. las pizzas deliciosas.
− Permiten apartar camastros sin que haya nadie en la alberca como el hotel no cuenta con la suficiente cantidad de camastros ni con el suficiente espacio ☹️. No tienen bebidas de sabores naturales, nunca encuentras un aqua fresca de limon, jamaica, mango, guayaba,etc. Pregunte en los restaurantes y simplemente no esta la opción de aguas frescas. La comida no esta etiquetada con los posibles ingredientes alergénicos. No hay opciones para las personas intolerantes al gluten o la lactosa.
Wonderful place
10.0It's a wonderful place! We especially enjoyed the Kids Club. Emi was amazing—she was so kind and attentive, and my daughter was very happy there. We also really enjoyed the excellent service from José Luis at Tavo Restaurant. He was friendly, professional, and made our dining experience even better.
