Roma fa dimenticare tutti i disagi e le aspettative mancate!
7.0Il vantaggio della Guest House Merulana 191 è che si trova davvero in una posizione centrale, da dove è comodo raggiungere facilmente (anche a piedi) le maggiori attrazioni culturali e monumentali della città!
− Stanza davvero piccola. In 4 giorni non hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani né rifatto la stanza. La colazione non è compresa nel presso. Lo stabile è in ristrutturazione e la facciata coperta dal ponteggio per cui non si può aprire la finestra, perché anche se lo si facesse, si vedrebbe il ponteggio. Via Merulana è abbastanza trafficata e rumorosa. Il check in è in autonomia e questo va bene, ma si perde il contatto umano con le persone che ospitano e che arrivano.

10.0Excelente localização e atendimento! Nunca havia me hospedado em uma guest house e, no início, fiquei um pouco insegura, mas a experiência foi perfeita. A localização é ótima, o atendimento foi muito atencioso e todas as orientações foram claras. O quarto é bastante espaçoso, o banheiro é amplo e o chuveiro é muito bom. Se eu voltar a Roma, com certeza me hospedarei novamente no Relais Merulana.

7.0The location. Room size was good. Staff was cooperative.
− Bathroom. They need to fix their toilet bidet and shower cabin glass. Also they need to change shower pipe for more pressure in room no 4. Also the glass upon the sink was broken so we were not able to use toiletries.

7.0La localización y la cercanía a los buses. En la esquina hay un supermercado y al final de la calle, Sta. Ma. La Major. Para el otro lado, 8-10 calles aprox del coliseo. Termini a 10 calles tambien
− Nuestra habitación fué interior y me angustiaba un poco. La neverita perdía agua. No hay nadie físicamente en el establecimiento. El dueño no habla español y el inglés muy justo. Para entrar, en la puerta , hay que marcar un código. Nos costó mucho entender al señor y luego vimos que en el mostrador, facilitaban el código q necesitábamos...
