8.0It was really quiet, and the gentleman at the desk was friendly and helpful. The interior of the rooms is nice and modern. Cons: The thermostat in the room automatically switched from heat to cool, which meant, for instance, that if we set it on 73 to get the room warmer, then decided the room was getting too warm so we changed it to 72, the AC immediately came on and blew really cold air. The louvers on the unit were not adjustable and blew right on the bed only a couple feet away. Just a comment: I know it's become a common thing, but I really hate being charged for parking.

2.0I booked a king suite room and paid in advance. I got a dual queen room confirmed, but hotel would not switch my room even though they had some available. The hotel blamed Hotels.com. Foundation of Hotel is shifting and bathroom door would not latch. Staff was not willing to help. I promise that I was polite!! Will never stay here again- there are 6 hotels within .25 miles- lots of better options.

10.0A parking lot should be free for customer using a hotel ,is unfair charging a fee 10 dollasr per night,and too many station for EV.changed.with out using it.
