Double booked us with only 2 hours notice to cancel our booking - awful
1.0− The host called us to cancel the booking 2 hours before we were due to check in, telling us it had been double booked in error. We had booked it around 6 weeks prior so there was a lot of opportunity for them to contact us. This left us on the day with no where to stay - we had to check in to a local hotel last moment. We are still awaiting a refund and resolution from booking.com

2.0Owner cancelled my longstanding booking so they could accept another booking. Leaving us having to vastly over lpay for alternative accommodation. Not acceptable. Pointless booking if you can't have confidence that they will go out your booking. They decided to allow previous guests to extend as it was worth more money to them. Expedia shouldn't allow this!

6.0It was fine. Rooms were clean. We came for work, it was okay in terms of having somewhere to rest our heads, location was okay for what was needed.
− Getting the required codes for the lockbox wasn't quick or easy, had to chase for the information, make multiple calls to understand the information once it was given. When the info came through, it was scrambled and hard to decipher, some of it wrong, information was given twice but was different/conflicting. Multiple rooms with multiple codes, which wasn't clear on the listing. We thought it would be a normal property, like a house but it was like shared HMO/student housing type thing. No communal living area / living room as suggested on the listing.
Handy, quiet, heloful staff. Property is a bit shabby.

− Its a bit shabby abd coukd do with a bit of maintenance. Notvhaving heating furst night was hard for my elderly parent.

− Parking was an issue if you were late back, had one day with no electricity. Unfortunately, the electric tripped when the owner was out of town.
