Very pleased with the location and apartment overall, just what we needed for a good base.
8.0Location was good, apartment spacious and a good base. Pleased that a number of fans were provided given the heat!
− A shame that the tree outside obscures any view from the balcony to the castle. Took a little while to find the parking space, as hadn’t appreciated it was on the other side of the main road. TV remote didn’t work very well, maybe batteries? More cutlery needed, especially tea spoons. Would have liked some visitor information provided about the local area, map, where to eat, local attractions etc.
Enjoyable stay difficult to keep cool in the exceptional weather conditions.
7.0Location was great. Car parking was good. The apartment was clean and tidy
− The freezer was packed with ice and completely unusable. The living room lights did not work. Lack of clothes storage. The weather was exceptionally hot which made the apartment unpleasant and impossible to keep cool. The apartment needs some maintenance to make it exceptional.
Excellent stay in the middle of Windsor. Easy walking into town.

− Freezer part of fridge freezer was not working correctly. We were unable to have ice cubes or freezer food.

− Smelly bin room downstairs. Several key safes - difficult to know which one was for the correct flat.

7.0Nicely decorated, very smart furniture and apartment. Very secure and in a quiet area. Very good car parking.
− Freezer was half full of solid ice. Tv had poor picture colour, bottom half was bright and top half was dull. Double bed mattress sloped into the middle. Teabags in cupboard had gone off (cup of orange tea). The far left cooker hob didn't work. Patio door was unlocked.
