Denied Comfort When I Needed It Most
4.0After two exhausting days at the hospital knowing my father would pass away, we asked for two extra pillows for a little comfort—the manager refused. No empathy, no flexibility, even though there were unused rooms. That lack of care in such a moment is why I can’t recommend staying here if kindness is what you need.

2.0The breakfast was terrible. The juice machine did not work. The syrup bottle was completely empty. The egg container was empty. There was 3 pieces of bread left. There was noone attending to the area. Trash can was overflowing. This was at 8am and was not busy at all. No excuse for this Super 8. The hallway smelled like Marijuana!

10.0Blackfoot,I'd. WE had been on the rd for hrs, and needed a place to stay. They had good rate, the rooms were nice and clean, comfortable and we would stay there again. Thank you for the kind customer service.

10.0This was a pretty good room. Only complaint was some of the other guests made us a bit uncomfortable. You could smell the marijuana before we even got out of car. The room and shower were great and we tried one do the restaurants recommended by Olivia and we were not disappointed. Great service too!
