3.0− The room had no A/C. We asked to be moved and was told there were no rooms available although there was a lot of empty rooms. Our room was very nasty, there was people awake all night below us working on their vehicles and running around the parking lot. The walls inside the room has filth all over them, and the showers were full of mold.

This was the last time I'll ever stay there.

− The whole room smelled terrible and the air conditioner did not cool the room off at all. It was 96° and humid so we couldnt get comfortable. Shelves and other items hanging from the walls were ripped off, the TV was unplugged, and everything was just overall gross. The lady at the desk looked like she picked off half of her face due to a strong habit of methamphetamine use and she said they were over-booked but eventually 'found' us a room. I'm sorry that she did. I would have rather stayed elsewhere

− The rooms were horrible. Dead bugs everywhere. The pool had no water in it. The a/c didn't work half the time. Mold all through the bathroom, the bottom of the outside door had about an inch gap so it didn't even close right. Horrible smell. Walking up the stairs to the upper level where my room was, I thought I was going to fall through the rotting wood stairs. They definitely need to update the photos. Oh and don't go looking for the name that is on the website. It isn't even called Americans Best. They had that sign covered with a black garbage bag. It should be condemned to be honest. The bed was broken also. Horrible.

1.0If you check my records I have stayed here alot...but it has went down and I will never stay again it is nasty and I didn't have a smoke detector the toilet didn't work it was 98 degrees and no pool and no air it was bad...

− It was unclean and most of the stuff in the room was broken. We booked the stay so that my kids would have access to the pool while my husband had an event he was attending and the pool was empty. This was not disclosed to us when booking the room or when we arrived.
